Warranty Service Request Form (WSR)

*** Prior to submitting a WSR, please refer to your Homeowner’s Manual, Section 2 for a List of Warranty Coverage items ***

In general, the following are not warranty items covered by the Seller:

  • Customer Products as defined in the Homeowner’s Manual
  • General Maintenance
  • Normal Wear and Tear
  • Weather Damage resulting from Wind & Rain
  • Items covered under Manufacture’s Warranties (section 3 of Homeowner’s Manual)

Non-Warranty items are the responsibility of the Homeowner and or HOA, when applicable

New Homeowners – Please wait thirty days from close of escrow, prior to submitting the WSR (with the exception of an emergency).

EMERGENCIES – Refer to your Homeowner’s Manual (Appendix I), for emergencies instructions. If you are unsure of the proper subcontractor, contact the Warranty Consultant at 480-433-5143, during normal business hours.

  • TENANTS - Please contact your Landlord/Homeowner with any unit issues or concerns (Landlord/Homeowner will submit WSR, if applicable)
